All classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
Tone Express: Target areas are thighs and bunsExpress Abs: Feel the burn, target the core mid-section; intense workoutWorking the Floor: An energizing traditional cardiovascular workout; hi-lo impactBody Sculpting: Learn to use resistance exercise effectively to shape and tone the body

Boot Camp: Drills and
calisthenics-fat burning, conditioning, strengthen and toning
Step Aerobics: Traditional step aerobics designed to work the body and burn fat Full Body Tone: Shape and tone problem areas with weights, bands and calisthenics Tight and Tone: Focused on upper body for lean, tight and sleek muscles.

CLASS POLICIES

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE STUDIO before the current class is completed
Be On Time: The warm-up is very important. Participants will not be permitted into class after warm-up is completed (10 minutes) Proper footwear is required (sneakers) All equipment must be returned to its proper place Bags and cell phones should be kept in lockers (no cell phones during class time) |
Please inform the instructor if you are
pregnant.Classes that have not begun within 15 minutes due to lack of participants will be canceledClasses that do not have 3 participants are subject to cancel at the discretion of management |
